工作职责：

1、负责编制本强弱电维修及保养计划，并组织实施；

2、负责项目所有公共设施、设备的日常管理，发现问题及时处理、上报，确保共用部位完好，满足使用条件；

3、负责条线员工年、月培训计划的制定及组织实施；

4、负责日常报修处理的监督检查，同时做好有偿服务、维修项目的月度统计分析；

5、负责做好各种应急预案、迅速处理突发事件；

6、负责项目公共区域能源消耗的管理，每年制定节能计划，每月进行能源消耗分析工作；

7、负责项目维修养护工作中物料的管理，保证设备工具、物料的有效使用，避免浪费。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历；掌握计算机及办公自动化操作系统；具有相应的岗位资格证书；

2、3年以上同等岗位经验，熟悉国家房地产、物业相关政策及法律法规；

3、熟悉物业强弱电设备的施工、维修、保养、管理，并熟悉施工安全规范及操作；

4、较强的沟通协调能力和组织能力。
