1、负责保洁工作的现场管理，及时了解保洁员的思想和工作动态，解决疑难题，并定期向项目经理汇报；
2、严格按照保洁操作规程，操作标准及评分标准进行检查；
3、负责保洁用具、材料使用情况的检查工作；
4、带领保洁组完成物业处安排的临时工作；
岗位要求：
1、同行业3年及以上相关工作经验；
2、具有良好的沟通能力；
