职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责写字楼／商场内的强弱电设备设施的日常运行、维修保养及各项记录工作。
2、安排班组维修保养，培训指导工作等。
3、完成上级主管布置的工作任务。
岗位要求：
1、户籍不限，身体健康，50岁以下；
2、三年以上甲级写字楼或知名项目相关工作经验，熟悉大厦强电设施设备运行原理及日常保养维修工作；
3、具备管理能力，持高低压上岗证及中级；
