某奢侈品集团招聘财务主管
Position: Accounting Supervisor
工作地点：北京
下属：2人
1. Book keeping and reporting
Book and review branch office general ledger vouchers, ensure the booking comply with PRC GAAP and company policy and instruction;
Take charge in branch office monthly closing process to ensure proper preparation and submission of finical results and related reports within company time frame;
Be responsible for the analysis of branch office financial statements;
Work closely with other divisions in branch office to carry out consistent implementation of company policy and procedures;

2. Tax compliance
Monitor and ensure the tax computation, booking and filing are complying with local tax regulation and company policy;
Regular communication with tax managers on tax issues in branch office and assist in assessing the tax compliance status.

3. Team management

Manage and monitor the daily operation of branch office finance team;
Arrange back up plan in branch office
Assist supervisor in providing internal training to subordinates

4. Ad Hoc work assigned by supervisor
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Request:
1. At least 5 years working experience in Finance / accounting field, two years experience in GL role; from Luxury, or retailing industry will be preferred.
2. Bachelor degree with major in finance / accounting or related field;
3. Good command of PRC GAAP and China tax regulations, familiar with IFRS;
4. Competency in ERP system, JDE experience is an advantage;
5. Good command of Microsoft applications;
6. Smooth English reading and writing;
7. Self-motivated, responsible and independent;
8. Team player with good communication skills
