基本要求/Basic Requirements:
1,3年从事汽车行业测试技术相关工作
At least 3 years test experience in auto industry
2,熟练使用AutoCAD, CATIA/UG等CAD,CAE软件及Office办公软件,熟悉DIAdem, TEMA, FALCON软件，了解D/PFEMA
Good command of Auto CAD,Catia/UG and some other software; Familar with DIAdem, TEMA, FALCON and D/PFEMA
3,良好的团队合作和创新能力，具有较好的培训授教技术
Good team work and innovation ability, and good coaching skills.
4. 富有责任心及主观能动性，工作认真严谨
Responsible and subjective initiative, serious and rigorous to the work.
岗位职责Job Responsiblities：
1,协助新试验开发，必要时设计试验夹具，设计试验方法和步骤，开发试验设备
Join in developing new test capability and equipment manufacturing, fixture design and fulfill the test accordingly
2,参与Global试验分析及同步开发工作
Join in global test analysis and development
3,定期检查设备，确保设备保持有效可用，制定设备校准保养操作指导书
Termly inspection to assure equipment available, comply instruction for calibration and preventative maintenance
4,设备故障诊断及排除简易故障，联系和配合外部支持修复故障，使设备快速恢复生产
Detect small troubles and provide quick maintenance or support, to recover test procedure as early as possible
5,为产品工程部及客户提供试验能力介绍，培训，参与技术交流
Provide test technical training and introduction to customer, take part in related seminar
6,培训和引导测试技术员，确保提供真实有效的试验数据
Coach the technicians to ensure true and effective test data to be provided
7,全程协助指导甚至执行全新项目相关实验的操作
Guide and implement test procedure to new project
8,完成上级领导安排的其他工作
Complete the works arranged by upper level manager
