某一线奢侈品牌店长（店铺经理）/Boutique Manager(Store Manager)
职位要求:

？ 两年以上相关零售行业管理经验，有珠宝,腕表或时尚奢侈品行业经验者优先
？ 良好的英语阅读和沟通能力
？ 能够熟练运用Microsoft Office电脑操作软件
？ 具有良好的团队管理经验
？ 良好的组织能力和逻辑思维能力
？ 良好的沟通能力和客户服务技巧
？ 擅长制作数据报表和较强的数据分析能力
？ 注重团队合作, 工作认真严谨,有责任心, 有耐心, 诚实守信, 协调能力强,工作热情，愿意在有压力的环境下工作

To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Store and report to the Brand Retail Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for the management of the retail business of the Store with a team of local staff. She/he shall ensure that the Store is properly managed with particular note to housekeeping, availability of staff, and availability of utilities. She/he shall achieve the retail targets as set out by the Senior Management.
Requirements:

？ Min. 2 year relevant working experience at managerial level. Proven track record of significant sales accomplishments.
？ Charismatic and enthusiastic with a lively and optimistic personality. Cheerful disposition is essential.
？ Well organized, has positive and proactive working attitude.
？ Fluent in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.Other language is an advantage.
？ Excellent customer services and sales skills.
？ A team player, motivated focused and persistent in achieving success. Possess strong leadership and people management skills, and have "hands-on" management style.
？ Have good experienced in stock management, budget/cost control, visual merchandising etc.
？ Proficiency in PC operations such as MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
？ Passion with fashion, jewelry and watch, sensitive to fashion and luxury trends.
