某欧洲奢侈品集团招聘Area Sale Manager
Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Beijing
JD:
1. Sales
- Achieve sales target as approved the previous year
- Monitor and ensure that retailers have enough stocks of best selling items and new products
- Ensure the payments are settled on time by retailers
- Evaluate and understand market situation and competitor’s information
2. Communication
- Communicate with upper management on market conditions, competitor activities and business threats/opportunities
- Communicate with dealers and dept. store on company policy and brand policy, such as consumer discount policy
- Regular meeting with sale and marketing colleagues
3. Reporting
- Prepare monthly report
- Sell-thru summary
- Inventory report
- budget and annual plan update
- Maintain a complete retailer list according to requirements
3. Training
- Deliver selling skill and product knowledge training to dealers.
- Maintain good relationship and motivate dealers sales staff on product, selling skills and merchandising
- Plan and hold training course to counter staff
4. Request
- At least 3 years in sales working experience
- Good selling skills
- Good relationships with retailers and department stores
- Presentation skills
- Analytical skills Communication skills
- Planning & organizing skills
College degree or above with equivalent experience
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good skills in using Microsoft Office
