Job Description:

- Supervise the installation, configuration, modification, and repair of products, equipment and systems that have been purchased by the customers;

- Coordinate on-site work schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of deliverables；

- Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction;

- Site Health & Safety supervision, maintain an in-depth knowledge of all company and legal safety regulation and communicates them to all team members and labour workers. And enforce compliance, administrate disciplinary actions as required;

- Provide site information data to Site Manager/PM to generate site report.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree. Major in Electrical/automation/ Engineering or related major

- About 3 years related experience in project installation field

- Basic familiarity gained with installation practices of electrical parts and equipment/system

- Knowledge of project delivery process in heavy machinery industry

- Good written and spoken English

- Negotiation, teaching skill and good planning skills

- Quick response and efficient working style

- Ability to work independently and work under pressure

- Troubleshooting and decision maker
