Key Responsibilities:

· Provide thorough up-to-date medical, clinical and relevant commercial expertise to drive IC message delivery to marketing, sales, and key influencers.

· Develop, manage and leverage clinical relationships with key customers, serving as a liaison for initiatives, to support broad business goals.

· Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing capabilities in the medical professional space and comfort in networking at multiple levels.

· Produce clinical insignts/study materials to internal marketing and sales team and organize training to final deliver internal message. Provides recommendations where appropriate.

· Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support to external groups to ensure evidence based understanding of products, and provide speaker training to HCPs to support medical education.

· Partners with and manages vendors to ensure that initiatives meet objectives. Provides guidance and feedback on areas of continuous improvement.

· Defines tracks and maintains budgets. Ensures cost-saving measures and spending within allocated amount.

· Evaluates program impact and metrics for projects and/or launches. Provides recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Degree in medical doctor, MSc preferable

· Minimum two to three years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical clinical related field

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

· Well-developed interpersonal skills

· Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

· Ability and willingness to travel as needed basis
