职位描述

 

Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Lead Omni-Channel demand planning and inventory management
    to support business decision making
    and enable cross-channels
    product movement

  • Lead and plan trade activities to support business
    performance.

     

    Key
    Responsibilities:

    Planning and Strategy

  • Lead quarterly demand planning scenarios with a holistic
    view of Omi channel KPI targets and demand integration. Facilitate decision
    making with fact base and simulation scenarios.

  • Lead monthly inventory forecast to review the status-quo
    and disclose risks or opportunities to ensure target achievements. Drive
    cross-functional alignment and actions well executed

  • Lead bi-weekly Omi channel inventory meeting with issues
    diagnosis. Drive decision making and follow up with stakeholders to ensure
    actions well executed.

  • Explore current inventory reporting lens and relevant
    issues. Co- Lead system enhancement with IT to improve inventory ‘s visibility across
    channels and reporting’s automation.  

     

     

    Management

  • Quarterly demand planning

  • Monthly inventory forecast

  • Bi-weekly Omi channel inventory
    movement

     

     

     

Systems
and Processes

  • Establish Omni-channel demand
    planning process to provide a holistic view of targets and demand.

  • Improve company level’s nventory
    balance’s visibility across channels with system enhancement supported by IT

  •  Set up quick -reactive inventory management
    process from planning to execution.

     

     

Financial

  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory
    fact base.

  • Master the know-how of process &
    methodology of inventory target setting and RFC

     

     

Others

  • Frequent communications among
    Channels and other internal functions (Wholesale, Own Retail, eCommerce, Finance,
    SCM etc.)

     

     

         

    Key Relationships:

  • Wholesale Channels, Own Retail, eCom business
    planning, Finance, SCM,
    etc.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to work with cross
    function team to drive the initiatives;

  • High analytical skills for strategy development, demand
    planning area’s management job in sports brand
    is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications
    and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management
    and facilitation skills

  • Strong decision taking and determination and shows
    high initiative and pragmatism to the business.

  • Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English.
    Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus

     

    Requisite
    Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in
    business with marketing and sales focus

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial
    functions,
    at least 5 years’ experience of people and operational management

  • Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain

  • IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
