The PAM operation support specialist provides supports to the PAM organization to improve the business visibility and the operational efficiency

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Planning assistance. To provide assistance to PAM/Channel management team to develop the quarterly/ annual business plans and targets

Reporting and analysis: To provide regular and on demand reports and analysis to PAM management team

Process improvement. Overall manage the PAM/Channel process to ensure the smooth closing of the projects

Data maintenance: maintain the channel & sales data from different sources to support the various report and analysis requirement

Well co-work with PAM & Sales team for internal process & external process by partner requests

Linkage with APJ Channel/PAM operation team for GC regional Channel/PAM data & report collection & analysis by weekly; Qualifications & Requirements:

3-4 years of Channel/Sales Operations or equivalent experience

Strong fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong Excel Skills with ability to automate Reports (Pivot, Vlookups etc.)

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com

Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Functional knowledge of statistics as applied in a business environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Additional languages a plus:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints, independently

Strong interpersonal skills
