Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position area:
?Install, maintain, repair and support instruments on all levels including hardware, software and applications.

?Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers.

?Assist in the development and maintenance of reference customers

?Assist in meeting/exceeding sales targets in relation to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

?Actively promote and sell instrument service products.

?Manage effective available time and resources. Provide cross-border/district/region support when required.

Position area requirements, qualifications, and experiences:
?Minimum :3 yeas service and support experience in a comparable position within the after sales service business in the life science industry/markets, or equivalent experience maintaining instrumentation in the life science fields. Technical or scientific degree/education in electronics/life science industry/markets preferable automation.

?Preferred: Proven work experience in developing customer relationships. Min commercial skills. Good written and verbal English language communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Willing to travel on short notices. Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment.
