Job Description

1.？？？？ Contribute to Supply Chain (hereafter SC) synergy creation in CN/AP

o？？ participate / initiate / co-lead SC related End to End (E2E) process innovation, change initiatives management, etc.

o？？ Support SC-AP Digital Ambassador Group community (digital transformation initiatives, etc.)

o？？ Support SC-AP Mentoring & Coaching program

2.？？？？ Contribute to Supply Chain functional excellence in CN

o？？ e.g. Purchasing processes adaption with local market environment: legal, government regulation, etc. )

3.？？？？ Provide Purchasing Expert Services with regional characteristics to rGB/PURs in CN/AP

o？？ e.g. M/PU, AA in BBM, PT, etc in BBG, DC in BBI, BT, TT in BBE, etc.

4.？？？？ Support Supply Chain partners (suppliers) ecosystem management:

o？？ SC partners events, roundtable meeting, SC-AP WeChat communication portal, etc.

5.？？？？ Supply Chain (Purchasing, etc.) knowledge accumulation and exchange within rGB in China, and with other regions

o？？ Support Supply Chain Leadership Circle rounds in CN

Qualifications

- Solid working experience within Bosch/similar industry: Supply Chain, Operation, fiance & controlling
- Positive mindset & trustful & open communication
- Good influencing skill & capability
- Good written & oral English, German language is preferred
