Key Responsibilities

1. Being responsible to produce the monthly financial statements for management review under a tight deadline for Jiahui group legal entities.

2. Actively work with BI team (Business Intelligence, under IT department) to invent and improve financial related reports.

3. Review monthly closing documents and journals prepared by accountants, and actively work with Business Analysis team so that to ensure accurate reporting.

4. Liaise with statutory auditors to complete the annual audit, and subsequently complete the annual tax filing and annual filing, within legal requested deadlines.

5. Other tasks allocated by the line manager.

Requirements

1. At least 2-3 years working experience in a multinational company, in the profession of auditing or reporting, preferred from a big 4 accounting firm.

2. Has a strong incentive to learn new things and is able to adapt to new environment quickly

3. Detail oriented, can work under pressures

4. Good skills in using Microsoft office (especially EXCEL)

5. Be able to communicate in English fluently

6. University graduate, major in accounting, economics, finance or related areas.

7. Experienced in healthcare or retail industry will be a plus

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
