职位描述

Job Description :
1. Responsible for conducting the operation gist of contracted project. Provide good service to project customer, ensure good service to meet customer’s quality standard in a role of coordinator.

1) Strictly conduct daily operation based on SOP of different projects, including attend customer’s relevant meeting, suggest operation SOP of customers and suppliers, process project KPI and SOP, quotation, project expense settlement and project documents filling.
2) Responsible for accepting orders, transfer orders and ensure the order was correctly implemented based on customer’s order; the cargo can be delivery timely and correctly to destination.
3) Responsible for assigned customers and projects, including keep project smoothly operation, monitor loading issues on the spot, stock inventory, provide project reports.
4) Responsible for inventory and cost checking, keep good communication with warehouse and customers, provide correct stock reports to relevant parties.
5) Responsible for controlling the abnormal conditions, and solve it.
6) Responsible for coordinating Sea-freight, Air-freight, Inland transportation, BLP and FTZ based on project requests, timely transfer orders to relevant parties.
7) Responsible for enquiry and quotation.
8) Other works assigned by line mangers.

Requirements:
1) College degree or above;
2) At least 3 years customer service work experience in Foreign logistics enterprises
3) Familiar with business of Sea-freight, Air-freight, inland transportation, BB cargo, BLP & FTZ.
4) Having the sense of project management;
5) Having flexibility and capability of emergency handling, can work under constant pressure.
6) Good senses of customer service; excellent capability of communication, cooperation and team work.
7) Good capability of negotiation;
8) Have a strong sense of responsibility and implementation ability, and self-motivated.
9) Excellent MS office skill
10) Above CET-4, fluent oral English and written English.

Job Description :
1. 负责执行项目合同的操作要求;做好本项目工作的上下衔接,确保项目客户的服务管理,达到客户制定的质量目标。

1) 严格根据物流项目SOP执行和监控项目日常操作,包括参加客户的项目会议和讨论客户/供应商SOP、制作和更新项目KPI和SOP、制作项目报价、负责项目结算以及项目文件归档等。
2) 负责接受客户订单,根据客户指令正确传达至各相关操作部门,确保货物按时按质到达指令地。
3) 负责维护指定项目和客户,包括确保项目正常运行、实地监控现场操作和仓库盘点、提供相关项目报告。
4) 负责项目库存检查及成本核对; 与仓库保持紧密合作,准时提供各类正确库存报告给相关方.
5) 负责监督项目存在的异常, 协调处理。
6) 负责该项目海运,空运,陆运进港工作事务安排与协调,及时将指令和通知下达相关部门以便操作。
7) 负责项目询价和报价。
8) 上级指派的其他工作。

Requirements:
1. 全日制大专及以上。
2. 3年以上外资物流企业客服工作经验。
3. 熟悉海运,空运,陆运和散杂货业务及保税区业务经验
4. 具备项目管理思念。
5. 具备灵活应变能力和处理各种突发事件的能力, 能够承受工作压力
6. 具备良好的客户服务意识。有很强的协调和沟通能力,具备团队协作精神。
7. 具备良好的谈判能力。
8. 具备高度的责任心,且执行力强, 能够自我激励
9. 能熟练使用办公自动化软件。
10. 英语4级以上,有良好的英语口语和书写能力。
