Director/Associate director/Principal Scientist – Stem cell therapy

    

    

• Establish Stem Cell therapy facility and platform
• Lead a group of scientists to initiate stem cell therapy project on chronic disease
• Lead the team to plan and perform stem cell culture and differentiation activities
• Establish in vitro chronic disease modelling and functional assay of differentiated cells
• Lead standard operating procedures and lead all processing and manufacturing within the laboratory while maintaining proper regulatory compliance with all governing bodies
• Communicate project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leaders

    

• PhD/MD in a relevant scientific field, with experience with stem cell manipulation as well as experience leading new production methods and appropriate documentation
• Industrial and project management experience is preferred
• Excellent track record of research in biochemistry or biology

    

• Demonstrated leadership skills to supervising junior scientists
