职位描述：

1、 Lead OnePlus\' design organization with the sharp/insightful strategy and action plans
2、Define the overall design language, principles, and the brand journey with a deep understanding of the technology industry
3、Create the roadmap and world-class design assets across the platforms, such as mobile(OS), online(website), and offline(Ads, photography, and videography)
4、Collaborate with top-level management within the company

任职要求：

1、Must have a deep understanding of the brand and strategy. (If you are a person who can call yourself a brand design expert, you are not the right person for this position. This role is not a brand application designer.)
2、Must have the diverse experience in the creative industry for 8+ years. And 2+ years of leading teams or projects
3、Must have the ability can communicate with different groups and platforms
4、Knowledge of design principles, design guidelines, standards, and best practices
5、A strong portfolio can demonstrate your design thinking and process
