1撰写射频的测试标准和规范
2基本硬件电路、元器件的故障分析和改进措施的提出
3客户问题的技术支持、解决方案提出和分析报告撰写
4仪器仪表的熟练使用，详细了解测试项的意义和目的
5协助技术支持测试和解答射频测试相关问题
6参与项目硬件设计评审和报告的发布
职位要求：
1. 从事射频测试以上三年经验，大学本科以上学历，通信、电子、无线电、微波、自动化等相关专业
2. 对通信协议和测试规范有一定了解，如3GPP
3. CET-4及以上，能熟练阅读各种英文技术文献，英语流利尤佳
4. 对测试工作有耐心，有独立设计测试用例的能力，能熟练使用综测仪、频谱仪、示波器，程控电源，网络分析仪等设备者优先
5. 熟悉模拟、数字电路等基本知识，有无线通信模块、手机测试、汽车电子设计或者测试经验者优先
6. 在工作上能独挡一面，有强烈的责任心、良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神，对工作有热情
