Position Summary:

To oversee all supplier performance to identify where / when / how should be improve

To develop a planning for those improvement planning & work it out according to planned

Quality performance improvement by working with supplier / quality team to achieve company goal (1000 PPM)

Coordinate with project / quality team member to achieve the quality requirement with supplier.

Fully support sourcing projects in China, with specific responsibility to develop China Suppliers processes to achieve scheduled product approval.

Manage a team of inter- functional specialists to continually produce products to the OP specifications. Communicate between overseas technical experts and supplier to solve processing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manages SER product approval process of all OP parts / metal / Die cast part and Plastic partsetc

2. Work with Engineering & Supplier & Tooling Group & Quality on each of the dimension of Die casting limitation & production & machining capability.

3. To work with supplier of improvement dimensional issues and high rejected item improvement

4. Provide a technical support of Die Casting & machining to supplier & internal

5. Manages Supplier manufacturing processes to have repeatable capability to produce the OP products to specification or even other BU

6. Following AP souring team and global purchasing strategy.

7. Management of suppliers' quality & costing performance

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Person Specifications:

1. 10 years experience min. of directing supplier of metal machining / tooling and die casting and CNC machining processes

2. Well trained in quality system ISO 9001 / TS 16949

3. MS - Engineering or proficiency in tooling design

4. Good common English skill. Proficient in MS office.
