Position Title: Senior Recruiter

Report to: Great China Talent Acquisition Leader

Location: Shanghai

  

Job Scope:

  

  

• Attracting, selecting and onboarding talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.

• Build an active candidate pipeline by deep diving into target talent market and take recruiting initiatives to build Company’s resourcing strength in the market

• Drive continuous recruiting efficiency by building a stronger hiring manager relationship, better candidate experience, and robust TA programs

  Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with HR Biz partners and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs – act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers & business facing HR across internal client groups

• Sourcing through different channels including internet/social media to meet the recruitment needs and to build external talent pool for more efficient sourcing results

• Lead the full cycle of selection process, including assessing candidate applications, interviewing, recommending finalists, offer management, reference checking and filling the staffing needs within the defined service and performance criteria.

• Review and improve the recruiting channels (internal & external) and explore/utilize new channels

• Responsible for the selection and use of agencies as part of an overall staffing plan

• Understand the trend of external talent market and build Company resourcing strength in the market

• Achieve recruitment performance metrics on all openings in the areas as required, eg: lead-time, recruiting cost, agency management, successful hiring rate etc.

• Maintain and update resourcing record & resourcing system on a timely basis and ensure data accuracy

Essential Education:

  

Bachelor degree or above; Essential experience and job requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment/staffing in multi-national companies or the executive agencies. Healthcare, Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industries working background is preferred.

Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share

Good understand on local talent market & trend

Experience of human resource management system is preferred

Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Strong communication and influencing skills

Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented

Proficiency in written English

在这次抗击新型冠状病毒疫情中，珀金埃尔默***时间加入抗击疫情的工作，开展医疗物资捐赠，目前已经向湖北、黑龙江、山东、河南等地赠送用于新冠病毒检测的全自动核酸提取构建系统及试剂，总价值超过1000万人民币。同时，珀金埃尔默的中国本土团队快速反应，***时间研发出可用于血液和各种呼吸道样本检测的新型冠状病毒（COVID-19）核酸检测试剂盒，并进入了中国国家药监局注册审批程序。
2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
2020年8月国际著名期刊《Nature Biotechnology》发表了关于全球获批新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒性能对比研究：珀金埃尔默研发的核酸检测试剂盒，以0.009copies/μL最低检测限（LoD）的显著优势排名全球***，为全球最灵敏新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒。
