Job Description & Qualifications
This position will primarily work as a Researcher/Recruiter, also support training project like Compass and provide secretarial support for APA Recruiting and L&D Director.
Roles & Responsibilities for Researcher/Recruiter (60%-70%)
Ø Use various passive candidates sourcing tools including SNS, cold-calling and name list to build up FI and HP talent pool for critical positions;
Ø Screen and deliver active and interested candidates to the supported recruiter;
Ø Complete the hiring cycle from sourcing to offering including communication with various internal parties;
Ø Conduct primary research and talent market analysis that identifies and analyzes external market trends by the practice area supported;
Ø Support the development of CI and BI report framework and content;
Roles & Responsibilities for Admin/Compass work (30%-40%)
Ø Overall secretarial support for APA Recruiting and L&D Director:
1.Calendar maintenance;
2.Meeting scheduling;
3.Travel arrangement;
4. Expense report claim
5.Other administration support
Ø Regional training project(Compass) support:
1.Scheduling and attending project meetings, taking meeting minutes and following up;
2.Pre-arrangement for all project-related activities and on-site support if required
3.Pre-arrangement and on-site support for project-related offsite classroom trainings
