Job Description & Qualifications
Compensation and Tax Associate
Support Comp and Tax Manager with global tax provider interface, handling expatriate tax preparation matters
Support revisions for the global international service tax policy, including hypothetical taxes and tax equalizations,
Analyze tax proposals and recommendations from the global provider
Assist the Comp and Tax Manager with implementing changes to the tax policy
Assume responsibility for specific compensation issues related to expatriatess
Analyze benchmarking data for compensation and tax trends
Perform tax gross-ups as requested
Assist with internal consulting with the Human Resources community
Oversee the audits and analysis
Review the global tax provider billings and provide analysis
Certificate of coverage process implementation, monitoring
Audit data and billings received from vendors
Manage the implementation and monthly uploads to Global Advantage system
Assists Global Advantage system users with troubleshooting errors

Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree require
Finance experience required, tax knowledge preferred
Billing and invoicing experience
Familiarity with expat compensation preferred
Audit experience
Experience with Global Advantage system preferred
Strong attention to detail
Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
