Job Description & Qualifications

Support the communication and rollout of new and existing tools to APA, in conjunction with the global Digital Worker team. Ensure communication and training plans suit APA requirements.

Liaise with ITO Engineering, Deployment and Deskside teams to achieve Digital Woker APA project objectives and issue resolution, including project risks, financials, schedule and critical for launch criteria/metrics

Use problem solving and supervision skills to make timely decisions on behalf of the team, whilst maintaining project scope and schedule. Ensure issues are escalated appropriately as arise.

Establish communication plans and provide regular updates to the APA IT team regarding new Digital worker initiatives, including training and user segments.

Conduct focus groups with key business partners to identify 'voice of the customer' data

In conjunction with with ITO stakeholders to develop sustainable support processes with ITO once launched, and provide process improvement feedback.

- Experienced,ability and willing to work in international virtual team environment
- Being able to write and read English
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communicator in English and Chinese, able to teach other staff IT skills. Able to learn and summarize new techniques
