Be accountable for leading the marketing plan (develop & implement) in Regional (Asia Pacific) Diaphragm pump and electric pump product business along with accountability for offer and finance result.
? Lead the product marketing for Regional (Asia Pacific) Diaphragm pump and electric pump product business, which includes writing strategic plans, define 5 years product roadmap. Identify required capabilities and requesting resource (capital & talent) to grow the business.
? Key member of Regional (Asia Pacific) marketing leadership team, and is accountable for P&L result, this includes analysis of data, outlining the offering, building finance plans, gaining approval to move forward and seeing this into business.
? Communication plan and budget definition, Product marketing BI report and strategy Product Management:
? Planning and directing the activities of the product management of DIAHRAMG PUMP AND ELECTRIC PUMP product in order to achieve business growth target & margin rate
? Implementation of strategies and plans developed through close consultation with Regional (Asia Pacific) Sales team in order to strategic plans target.
? Focus on key segment for my product family, like PSB, identify very clear strategy from channel building, application update, bidding process control and so on, support PSB segment product growth more than 60% GR every year for five consecutive 5 years according to an innovative business mode. ? Identify new market segment to enter by define volume, sales and profit potential along with an analysis of competitors, identify resource needs in order to achieve growth objectives
? Provide overall guidance and direction to sales team by providing market brochures, product literature, be the owner of commercial policy to all channels ? Develop sales tools including presentation, points of sales aids and manage product warranties
? Need to monitor the trend of the market, be clear to application, customer needs, and competitors by segment, leverage the resource of group, and work with different sales team to maximize the business.
? Develop new business opportunity pipeline with sales team and track the status
? 4P management, like pricing strategy, competitors analysis. Offer Creation:
? Be responsible for 5 years DIAHRAMG PUMP AND ELECTRIC PUMP product road map, keep leader position in function, market share and margin.
? Define a new generation DIAHRAMG PUMP AND ELECTRIC PUMP with global marketing from 2012, make differentiation in product, create now business mode base on new concept product. Finish Chinese VOC with and define launching plan in Regional (Asia Pacific).
? Create Regional (Asia Pacific) for Regional (Asia Pacific) offer to maintain market share in Regional (Asia Pacific), especially in west and small industry. Setting special price approval system, set new channel and project management system to keep the increase for both medium and optimum product.
? New products creation, according to the market request and company development direction to define 4P of new product, Define the road-map evolution according to the gaps on: Features, quality, compliance with standard, profitability. And focus target customer scope make a reasonable launching plan with sales team
? Price control for new products,margin control and special price control
? Competitors analysis in technical, price, commercial policy and so on. Launching communication and BI
? Launch new products
? Competitors and market information analysis and set fight plan accordingly Crossing function with sales team and back office
? Evaluate periodically the market & the competition landscape. Identify the trends influencing the market.
? Feed the Strategic Marketing Plan and playbook to sales team
? Monitors our business (turnover, volume, profitability, market shares)
? Drive regular benchmarks to assess the customer’s perception.
? Review the offers' quality level & contribute to the global quality improvement
? Meet customers in theirs day to day live.
? Promotion (Communication) Define and up-date the killing phases. Co-work with the communication team to up-date tools.
? Execute yearly action plan with sales team
