职责描述：

1. Develop and manager the key account customers of food service channels according to Company’s sales strategy.

按照公司策略做好餐饮渠道重点客户的开发管理工作；

2. Assist importers to arrange products in short supply, improve business forecasting system, responsible to manager importers’ inventory according to key account customers’ needs.

协助进口商调配紧俏货源，完善销售预测机制，与进口商沟通并要求对KA客户的需求量作好安全库存；

3. Be responsible of negotiation on annual contract and promotion plan of key account customers, to develop more volumes of existing products and develop business with more species.

负责KA终端客户地区总部年度合同、促销活动的谈判，将已经合作的产品做深，拓展系列产品扩大采购量。

4. Plan and be responsible for the implementation of expenses upon budget, develop model customers for duplications in other regions.

负责KA终端客户地区总部费用的合理规划并实施，产品多元化，可复制且做为标杆影响其他客户。

5. Make annual plan for key account customers, and be responsible for the implementation, checking and feedback.

负责制定KA终端客户全年合作计划，并落实执行、检查与反馈。

6. Complete sales tasks according to Company’s requirements, and to fulfil routine sales reports, weekly, monthly and quarterly.

按公司要求完成工作报告，周计划、月计划、季度计划，并能按计划执行工作任务；

7. Assist FS Director to develop distributors, and build up sales network to help distribution when it is necessary required by.

必要情况下，协助总监开发经销商，并帮助经销商开发建立渠道市场网络；

8. Strictly obey Company’s all policies, including but limited with anti-bribery, travel and allowance policies. Be self-disciplinary, control cost, and protect Company’s interest.

遵守公司规章制度，廉洁自律，控制出差及各项成本，不做损害公司利益的事情；

9. Complete ad hoc tasks required by director.

完成总监分派的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. More than 3 years experiences working in food service industry. 三年以上在食品/快消领域销售的相关经验

2. Has passion on sales role with rich experience on develop and maintain sales channels, and provide customer service

热爱销售工作，有丰富的销售渠道开发维护及服务客户的经验

3. Familiar with seafoods products is preferred

熟悉海鲜类水产品者优先考虑

4. Bilingualism is preferred – good English is required

有良好的英文能力

5. Comfortable with report writing i.e Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook

能熟练运用办公软件

6. Must have a clear criminal record 无犯罪记录

7. Must be free to travel as required independently能独立出差
