Role Accountabilities:
1:Prepare monthly management reporting and deliver the report to China management team and Asia-Pacific finance team for consolidation.
2:Streamline and automate reporting and provide business insights from organized data, collect additional data points and build database.
3:Run budgeting and forecasting process, including annual plan, quarterly forecast, monthly update, etc. Engage business partners in the process, and ensure data integrity.
4:Coordinate the budgetary control - specially related to expenses on S.M.G&A.
5:Provide ad-hoc analysis to help management team on decision making
6:Follow the Capital forecast and budget process, coordinate with operation team and marketing director to forecast the capital budget. Provide ad-hoc project support in various arenas.
7:Actively search and implement best practices from Global and Regional FP&A team

Essential Knowledge, qualifications and Experience
1:5+ years finance track record in MNC, with at least 3 years in financial planning & analysis. FMCG experience preferred.
2:Bachelor in accounting, finance or economics. MBA or CIMA/ACCA a plus.
3:Strong business acumen to link business with data and communicate
4:Must have a general knowledge of cost accounting principles.
5:Solid communication in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
6:Strong MS office skills including Excel, word, power-point, etc. Database or system experience a strong plus.
