Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for daily document distribution, tracking, filing etc.

2. Monitor the attendance of the staff including leave applications

3. Pre-check expense reports, payment application and make record;

4. Distribution salary list ect.

5. Support company events (outing/annual party etc.)

6. Support reception work during meetings, conferences, exhibitions; receiving guests;

7. Manage office spares, stationery, health, safety equipment and work clothes;

8. Coordinate calendar, appointments, travels, and meeting minutes

9. Prepare documents relevant to business travel, incl. visa, Letter of invitation, etc. hotel and flight booking as required

10. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements

11. Translate documents and act as interpreter

12. Department news preparing and publishing

13. Assist Liaison manager for existing and new projects, deal with relevant documents and communicate with customers and partners

14. Assist to liaison with other departments and Europe

    Requirements:

1. At least 1 years working experience in cross-cultural business environment

2. Experience in office administration, executive assistant, or secretary jobs

3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent in speaking and writing
