1、承担并牵头负责电力电子变换器相关的研究工作；
2、对于低压电力电子产品提出新想法或解决方案，包括光伏逆变器、电动汽车充电桩、UPS、以及开关电源等；
3、搭建并调试硬件样机，以及完成相关测试工作；
4、对实验结果进行文档编辑，并汇报给业务部门；

1、博士学位，或硕士学位具有3年以上工作经验，在电力电子相关的领域；
2、扎实的理论基础，良好的沟通和学习能力；
3、较强的实验动手能力；
4、了解电力电子变换器拓扑和EMC，包括AC/DC，DC/DC，DC/AC拓扑；
5、熟练绘制PCB；
6、一定的DSP或FPGA编程知识；
7、积极主动，具有较强好奇心，并能在压力下完成工作；
8、具有较强的团队协作能力；
9、良好的英语口语和书写能力；

ABB Corporate Research, in close collaboration with varied ABB business areas, is developing the foundations for the next generation of ABB products. In China, ABB Corporate Research, located in Beijing and Shanghai, employs 60 scientists with expertise in power and automation technologies for power utilities, manufacturing, as well as process industries.

Your Tasks as a Senior Scientist will include the following:

？ To lead / perform Power Electronics related research activities.
？ To generate new ideas / solutions on the mentioned areas respective to PV inverter, EV charger, UPS, power supply, and etc.
？ To perform the hardware prototyping and experiment.
？ Prepare document and presentation on the results and findings to Business Units.

？ Ideally you should have a Ph.D. degree / Master degree with 3+ years of working experience in Power Electronics related area.
？ Solid theoretical background with publications in renowned transactions / journals.
？ Hands-on experience in laboratory work.
？ Familiar with power electronics converter and EMC, including AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC topologies.
？ Proficient in PCB layout.
？ General programming skills on DSP or FPGA.
？ Self-motivated, high curiosity and able to work under pressure.
？ Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
？ Good in both oral and written English.
