As a Quality & Process Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Business Unit Drives and Controls (BU) Business unit, based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

Your Tasks as a Quality & Process Engineer will include the following:

？ Prepare process document for assembly for production such as quality control plan, work instruction.
？ Organize and participate in regular supplier audit and monitor quality improvement of supplier.
？ Monitor supplier & process quality data and create, implement & follow up improvement plan
？ Analyze and make improvement for production process, such as working time calculation, analysis and optimization, time balance for work station.
？ Create training plan for production employee and verify its effectiveness.
？ Implement and follow up ECN (Engineering Change Notice) at production site.
？ Handle non-conforming material in production and push on improvement action.
？ Create or update quality procedure when needed.

？ Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
？ 5+ years ‘of working Experience in Quality Control or Process Improvement in related Manufacturing Company.
？ Fluent in English (Listening, Reading, Written and Oral).
