岗位职责：

1.负责前台接待；

2.打印公司文件，并负责办公室电话、传真机、复印机的使用与管理；

3.负责部分行政月报；

4.负责信件的发放与转送工作；

5. 保证各部门的联络畅通，随时更新通讯录，并了解各部门的业务范围；

6. 保证公司日常饮用水的供用；

7. 负责每月办公用品采购，及时向财务提交所产生的报销票据；

8. 热情接待来访人员，做好信访工作；

9. 负责机票及火车票的准确预定

10. 监督保洁工作，维护公司办公环境的整洁；

11. 积极参与各项活动，协助行政管理部处理应急事务；

12. 完成领导交付的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 文秘、行政管理及相关专业优先，专科及以上学历；

2. 熟练使用相关办公软件。

3. 应届生及有工作经验者均可；

4. 形象好，气质佳，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚.
