Responsibilities:

1) Manage, update, review and maintain company credit policy periodically.
2) Review and improve process and workflow as to credit control to be more efficinet credit control managements
3) Responsible for review the credit control status by customer, check the credit limit application according to credit policy and release the blocked DN if needed.
4) Responsible for evaluate the customer’s latest credit status, adopt necessary measure to avoid the risk from company. (frequent visit customers)
5) Responsible for AR aging report analysis, follow up the overdue status, cooperate with sales department to achieve the overdue elimination target.
6) Prepare key data for management report and analysis monthly

Requirement:

1) University or above majoring in finance or economics.
2) More than 5 years related experience on credit control.
3) Both oral and written for English and/ or Japanese and/or 广东话.
4) Familiar with ERP system.
5) Good analysis and judgment, ability for recommendation, well communication
