POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will serve as a regional sales leader for the Air Purification product application in the petrochemical industry, with added potential to grow the business into other industrial sector markets.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales to clients in the petrochemical industry and contractors that serve this industry. Also accountable for developing customers in other industrial sectors.
- Understand customer and application needs in related fields;
- Identify business opportunities and achieve annual sales target;
- Establish relationship with designing institutes, contractors, end users and other business partners and make business rules.
- Help set up new reliable distribution channels for the APG business;
- Coordinate with APG global, distributors, technical / engineering, customer service and related workforce to achieve sales objectives and targets;
- Collaborate with technical service engineers to fulfill project specifications.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC, or other disciplines related to petroleum refining process or construction of refineries.
- 3~5 years’ sales experience in industrial areas of HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Operations or Process Automation, or other petroleum refinery-related businesses.
- Understanding AutoCAD drawings.
- Significant network of professionals within the Petro / chemical industry.
- Customer focus.
- Integrity and Trustworthy.
- Self-motivation and perseverance.
- Accountability and sense of business ownership.
- Strong collaboration skills to help build customer and contractor relationships and internal Teamwork.
- Project leadership and process management skills.
