Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Customer Analytics and CRM Officer / Assistant.
In this role, you will:
·Assist in conducting Customer analytics and profiling of the targeted customer segments based on Group/Regional Propositions Strategies; to facilitate the formulation of customer segment goals and objectives, product strategies and targets, customer experience guidelines, etc.
·Assist implementation of customer contact programs (and manage some simple ones), including but no limited to customer profiling and analysis, customer list generations, channel resources liaison, sales script preparation / coordination, briefing and training, program result tracking and MI preparation.
·Support ongoing review and maintenance of the inventory of automated Contact Leads/Triggers which drive communication to customers directly or through Distribution channels, to assure they are Customer-centric and directly contributing on driving customer value.
·Contribute to initiatives on improving customer data quality and comprehensiveness (i.e. demographics, transactions, customer value, etc) that drive up the effectiveness of Customer Contact programs over time
·To be an expert and ambassador for the CRM System; prepare/update related user guides, procedures, training materials, etc; support CRM system users on day-to-day usage; assist line manager in conducting briefing.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) or above
·5 years+ working experience in Financial Institution(s); experience in RBWM and frontline sales role is preferred
·Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Access, Powerppt); knowledge in SAS is a definite advantage
·Detail-oriented and is able to work independently and deliver based on defined timeline
·Ability in obtaining buy-in and support from other stakeholders and organise taskforce to acheive effective use of resources
·Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese
