? Collect IT requirements and concerns from customers in the manufacturing site.e
? Drive programs to improve customer satisfaction
? Provide 1st level support for local ERP system
? Provide IT support for applications used in the manufacturing site.e
? Interface with external vendor to ensure customer needs are met
? Provide regular training to internal customer
? Implement IT project
? Support all initiatives within SOX framework and all IT-related audits
? Support all security initiatives in manufacture
? Support the qualification and validation of IT systems in use at the site.
