1、负责处理间接物料的采购需求
2、评估有竞争力的报价
3. 通过议价以获得直接物料采购和间接采购的节省
4. 跟进采购订单，确保及时交货、满足客户需求
5. 负责供应商绩效回顾和评估，提高供应商绩效
6、负责处理采购流程：准备采购申请、采购申请获批、出订单、管理采购订单
7、收货后，跟进联系供应商获得正确及有效的发票，安排付款/退货程序；负责处理内部客户对供应商的投诉
8、维护供应商数据库；如有需要，为申请部门提供有价值的相关采购信息

？ Optimize and maintain a high efficiency purchasing system/process,
？ Sourcing of direct and in-direct materials in an efficient way,
？ Locating, selecting and maintaining a list of potential source of supply,
？ Evaluating competitive offerings,
？ Be creative in combining the direct and in-direct purchase for more savings, negotiate and make sure to get a best deal,
？ Handling the strategy procurement requisition of direct/in-direct items such as key raw materials, machine spare parts, tools, repair and maintenance, cleaning agents, labor protection and safety goods, etc,
？ Preparing, obtaining approval, issuing, and administering purchase orders.

？ Following up and expediting orders to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction,

？ Following up on the obtaining of correct and valid invoice in time from supplier after receipt of delivery, arranging payment and/or return of goods, being responsible for handling the complaint to supplier raised by internal customer,

？ Maintaining Vendor Master data and providing valuable purchase related information to lateral department when necessary,

？ Executing supplier performace review and assessment, improve supplier performace, maintaining strategic partner relationship with key suppliers,

？ Keeping good relationship with colleagues in other department at Plant in order to facilitate the successful completion of his/her own work responsibilities。

？ Reporting and other assignments from superior,

？ Obey and follow up corporate HSE/Quality policy, SOP and National regulation, to make sure full compliance.
