Responsibilities:

- Organizational Design. Challenge the established organizational structure and propose solutions to drive superior performance.
- Organizational Development. Implement change quickly with minimal disruption, managing risk and uncertainty.
- Talent Management. Implement talent management practices for business unit in line with practices established by the relevant Center of Expertise.
- Individual & Team Performance. Support managers and individuals in enhancing individual performance through guidance and support.
- Employee Relations. Maintain effective working relationships with employees and their representatives.
- Core HR management processes. Support line managers in the implementation of core people processes e.g. salary review, workforce planning. Drive with the relevant Certer of Expertise the Core HR activities in the business unit e.g. job evaluation, identification of organizational learning needs.
- Manage relationships with Employee Service Centers, HR Centers of Expertise, and external organizations. Manage the overall HR provision to the business unit ensuring service standards are improved against defined measures. Maintain effective working relationships with appropriate external organizations.
- Functional Development. Work as part of cross-functional HR teams to develop major HR practice and process developments that contribute to enhancing the total HR contribution.
- HR & Admin. Shared Service. Understand current Shared Service supports and tasks, establish an efficient Shared Service processes, starting with General Administration

Requirements:

? University degree or equal
? 3-5 years of HR professional experience within multinational company, , experience with factory or JV is a plus
? Skillful in MS Office applications
? Proficiency in English
