Position: CSA Engineer
1. Location: Shanghai or project site
2. Department: Engineering Department
3. Report to: Department Manager
4. Requirements:
4.1 Bachelor Degree in Civil / Structure / Architecture;
4.2 Minimum 7 years of design experience for chemical / industrial / commercial projects; chemical background is preferable;
4.3 Knowledge of international building code and Chinese code;
4.4 Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program;
4.5 A good working knowledge of English;
5. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
5.1 Owner representative;
5.2 Being responsible to ensure the fulfillment of the CSA in the project with customer satisfaction;
5.3 Overall supervision and responsibility for all the project phases including basic design, detail design and procurement
(technical tender, preparation and evaluation);
5.4 Ensure CSA is executed as per contract;
5.5 To ensure the communication with all involved parties;
5.6 Reporting the progress to the client in a timely manner, highlighting issues which could impact on quality, cost or schedule;
5.7 Support quality and progress control on the construction site.
