General Purpose of this Position
? Manage approval process for local variant products (based upon global platform products)
? Assist with approval of global products seeking to be sold in China
? To support on-site audits
? To support R&D to develop approvals documentation for new submissions
? To develop a system to manage audits and reapprovals
Responsibilities
? To support new approvals as well as maintenance audits and annual reapprovals
? Develop links to approvals global support network
? In the future to sit on committees to co-develop standards for the industry
? To develop good working relationships with Chinese approvals agencies for Dräger benefit
? To consistently deliver promised goals on time
Requirements for this Position
? 3yr college or bachelor degree/ Mechanical or Electronics preferred
? 3yrs minimum in relevant field
? Experience working with Chinese approvals agencies for mechanical and electronic products
? Understand requirements of 'intrinsic safety' products
? Experience of managing audits of approvals agencies
? Experience in personal protective equipment markets desirable
? Good English speaking and writing
