Job Description

• Shaping the future: You will advise well-known companies at the digital transformation of their value streams at their plants by using a holistic, lean and economical approach.
• Take responsibility: As a project manager for international and cross-industry consulting projects, you will be responsible for the conception of process optimization in production, logistics and IT of our customer.
• Living cooperation: You will act as direct contact person for our customers and work in an international network of consultants and domain experts from IT, manufacturing and logistics.
• Observe proactive: You will record process-related requirements of interdisciplinary system solutions and identify optimization potentials in direct and indirect areas of the value stream.
• Implement holistically: ？You will be involved in the entire project management process including the customer acquisition, the initiation of a project, the conception and specification of solutions and in their implementation in context of a provider-independent I4.0 solution portfolio.

Qualifications

• Personality: Responsibly, team-oriented, quick thinking, convincing and strong in communication
• Functioning: Structured, analytical, customer-oriented and willing to travel international
• Experience: several years of relevant professional experience in production, logistics or IT-related consulting sector in the areas of lean production and operational excellence as well as experience in the design and implementation of production systems
• Know-How: Professional handling of demanding customers, strong project management competences as well as good moderation, presentation and negotiation skills. Furthermore, knowledge of lean production and production-related IT.
• Qualification: Ideally Six-Sigma or PMI certification
• Enthusiasm: Affinity for technology and enjoyment to takeover interdisciplinary and complex tasks
• Languages: Strong German and English skills
• Education: university degree in engineering, (business-) information or in a comparable discipline

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
