职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the local business for LSG/CDG and set up the price strategy and price policy as well as the daily price management procedure and price reporting system.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team, to develop and release the proper price list for distribution channel and direct sales team.
- Monthly price analysis and margin analysis for LSG/CDG with the key product lines and proactively communication with sales and marketing team
- Implement the regular price audit for LSG/CDG distributors and adjust the price policy accordingly
- Verifying the special case background and assure proper supporting documentation on the final special price approval decision made by Greater China Commercial Manager
- Set up the price and Margin data base for China
- Collecting the price information for LSG/CDG major competitors and make the proposal on price setting forward
Qualification
1) Minimum 3+ year of working experience on Biotech/Medical/Pharma company and cross-functional
2) Minimum 3+ year experience on Price control/price analysis/audit
3) Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build process, variance analysis and problem solving.
4) Fluency skill on MS excel
5) Good communication skills with writing and verbal English and Mandarin
6) Bachelor degree or above on Finance or Economic
