职责描述Responsibilities：

· Work location: Guangzhou

· Act as liaison between plant and R&D in US, Italy and China

· 驻点工厂和作为和三地研发中心（美国，意大利和中国）的联络人

· Clearly and effectively communicate to necessary parties in a multi-cultural team

· Perform the required duties to support the identified deliverables

职位要求Requirements：

· BS in mechanical or electrical engineering; MS or MBA desirable

· 机械或电子工程专业，本科学历，研究生或MBA优先

· 3-5+ years in powertrain design/release/calibration/resident engineering

· 3年+动力总成设计/数据发布/标定/工厂驻点经验

· Self-motivated自我驱动

· Fluent in Mandarin and English英文和中文流利

· Fundamental knowledge of internal combustion engines, under hood packaging and vehicle manufacturing.具备内燃机，发动机舱布置和汽车制造的必备经验

· Familiarity with engine controls, calibration and diagnostics熟悉发动机或变速箱控制，标定和诊断。

· Ability to work unsupervised in a multicultural environment – recognize priority and get it done

• Basic understanding of CAN and calibration tools (CANalyzer, INCA)
• 了解CAN总线和标定工具（CANalyzer,INCA）
• Familiarity with automotive deliverables such as system FMEA, DVP&R, releasing
