接听客户服务热线电话和微信支持，为客户提供安捷伦化学分析仪器部产品的在线技术支持；

在电话中解答客户关于气相色谱仪，气质联用仪，液相色谱仪，液质联用仪和光谱产品的使用和对应的化学工作站的操作方面的问题；

为客户提供初步的故障判断和技术咨询，在系统中建立和更新客户的信息；

明确客户的需求，帮助客户找到最合适的人解决他们的问题。
