岗位职责：
1.公司内部管理软件（ERP、Workflow、CRM等）的开发
2.根据需求文档出具具体的技术方案
3.搭建开发环境，完成系统框架与核心代码的编写
4.与团队成员一起进行迭代式开发，解决开发团队成员遇到的疑难问题
 
岗位要求：
1.2年以上Java开发系统工作经验，熟练使用MyEclipse/Eclipse进行开发，熟悉面向对象编程思想
2.熟悉mvc模式，熟悉三层架构，熟练使用Hibernate、Spring、Struts、iBats等开源框架进行开发
3.熟练使用SQL语句进行开发工作，熟悉主流数据库（ORACLE、SQL SERVER、MySQL）
4.熟练使用Tomcat、Weblogic、JBoss等一种或多种Web/Application Server
5.有ERP、Workflow、CRM等类似企业应用系统的开发经验
6.具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题能力
