Responsibilities:

• The local PDM 1st Level Support is the central contact partner for Joint Venture Partners (BBAC and FBAC) and ESO as Single Point of Contact (SPoC)

• Assumption, prioritization, categorization and processing of inquiries, orders and disruptions with respect to all local PDM interests of the joint-venture partner China and the Engineering RD locations in China per Telephone, fax, email. Problem solution or forwarding of the incident to responsible operating units, provided that this cannot be immediately resolved.

• Collection of all processes in the 1st Level Support using the Daimler AG ticket system (CISM)

• Immediate support aiming to resolve the problem issues through the first contact according to the operation manual. If necessary to include further Support units (2nd Level).

• Ownership of the open Ticket (among other things, transfer with Routing according to Incident-process). Tracking of Incident tickets and proactive feedback to the user regarding the process status.

• Supply of a basic set of operational steps by the Daimler AG and continuous adaptation of the operational steps essential for the 1st Level Support in co-ordination with the Daimler AG. The documentation is placed in the Daimler AG own Knowledge Base as well as in the Daimler AG own operation manual.

• User management: Incorporation of all the necessary data, for the respective user management task, checks on completeness and plausibility, as well as the forwarding of the requests to the further support units (2nd Level).

• Notice announcement, in case of system disruption issues according to requirements of Daimler AG

• In the case of an employee change Support will follow in co-ordination with the Daimler AG

• Support 2nd Level in any data issue

Requirements:

• 2+ years working experiences related to automotive

• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering,automation,automotive or IT major

• Familiar with Siemens Teamcenter

• Familiar with NX (UG)

• Good Service awareness

• Good English Skill
