What are my responsibilities?

- Project Quality planning and control: ensuring an effective proceeding over all steps of the project (from bidding stage to project execution), with an appropriately structured quality plan.

- Quality Management: Determination, implementation of a consistent QM system – if relevant, certified – for onsite application adapted to the QM system applied by the relevant business unit.

- Focused, regular and direct quality reporting: maintain quality status reporting to project management, divisional and/or regional QM and other defined parties based on determined KPI’s, key figures and characteristics.

- Other shared responsibilities including but not limited to: customer integration, supplier management, audits and assessments etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering related field.

- Min 3 years experience on Quality Management, Project management experience will be a plus.

- Experienced in operating quality management, quality assurance

- Fluent English communication in both writing and speaking.

- Capable for handling multi-task and high pressure.

- Ability to drive with cross-functional team and can-do attitude.
