Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the online platform (TMALL, Jingdong) and the official website of the overall operation;

2、According to the company's overall operating principles, to understand the brand / category features and style, develop feasibility and phase of the operating plan, the completion of monthly / annual sales tasks;

3、Analyze and track the operation mechanism of major e-commerce platforms, market competition and online business operation data of the Company to provide the Company with statistical analysis reports and decision-making basis;

4、Analyze the needs of store users and product features, develop strategies, plans and implementation of store decoration, baby details and brand image;

5、Responsible for the relationship management of platform sophomore, coordinating and dealing with system feedback such as customer feedback suggestions and complaints;

6、Complete other matters of leadership arrangements;

岗位职责:

1、负责线上平台（天猫、京东）及官网的整体运营；

2、依据公司整体经营方针，了解品牌/品类的特色和风格，制订可行性、阶段性的运营方案，完成月/年度销售任务；

3、分析追踪各大电子商务平台的运作机制、市场竞争状况以及公司线上业务经营数据，为公司提供统计分析报告与决策依据；

4、分析店铺用户和产品特性需求，制定店铺装修、宝贝详情及品牌形象的策略、方案并实施；

5、负责平台小二的关系管理、协调处理店铺客户反馈建议和投诉意见等系统经营性工作；

6、完成领导安排的其它事项。

Qualification:

1、Have more than 3 years of e-commerce operation experience, relevant professional college degree or above;

2、Proficient in website operations, practical network planning and operation of successful cases, rich marketing plan, marketing work experience;

3、Have strong data analysis capabilities, can regularly analyze the relevant data, study the characteristics of the industry, peer sites, online shop promotion methods, development of platform optimization strategy, follow up and optimize the promotion of results, issued by the analysis report;

4、Strong dedication, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand greater pressure; better planning and implementation capabilities, strong negotiation and communication skills, good at communication and coordination; professional ethics, with cost and confidentiality;

任职要求：

1. 具备3年以上电商运营经验，相关专业大专及以上学历；

2. 精通网站运营，有实际网络策划运营成功案例，丰富的市场策划、营销推广工作经验；

3. 有较强的数据分析能力，能定期对相关数据进行有效分析，研究行业特点、同行网站、网店的推广方法，制定平台优化策略，跟进优化推广效果，出具分析报告

4. 爱岗敬业、责任心强，能承受较大压力；较好的计划执行能力，较强的谈判沟通能力，善于沟通和协调；职业操守严谨，具有成本和保密意识。
