General Purpose
• Participate 5GC standard related activities as Nokia delegate and contribute based on Nokia portfolio
• Follow and contribute to IoT/Vertical Industry standardization and open platform activities to expend Nokia influence in China
• Participate 5G Network Management standard, NFV/cloud, security, open platform and open source related activities as Nokia delegate and contribute based on Nokia portfolio
• Explore and research on new technologies that may apply to the core network and may lead to network evolution, and identify the impact to Nokia strategy and business

Main Responsibility Area and Job Description
• Represent Nokia in domestic and international industrial activities and standardization meetings in Core Network, i.e. 5GC, network management, aotumation and orchestration, such as CCSA, ETSI, 3GPP and ONAP.
• Represent Nokia in domestic and international industrial activities and standardization meetings in IoT/Vertical Industry, such as CCSA, AII, etc.
• Create innovations in 5G Core Network, Network Management, Automation and Orchestration
• Support Nokia Chinese customers concerning standardization
o Strengthen active customer collaboration around standardization with our key customers
o Bring Chinese customers and market understanding into Nokia standardization strategy findings
o Influence Chinese customers with Nokia strategy
• Interface with Research and product R&D on China standardization issues relevant to 5G Core Network and Network Management, Automation and Orchestration
• Contribute to Nokia standardization strategy in 5G Core Network, Network Management, Automation and Orchestration

Requirements
• Deep understanding of Mobile Broadband business and industry (supplier, operator, and government view)
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge in mobile core network and network automation, i.e. 5GC/SBA, MEC, IP, big data, NFV, Container, SDN, cloud and IoT
• Interest to learn, learning agility on other technical topics as well, e.g. big data, network automation, open source etc.
• Experience in working in standardization organization or technology oriented industry interest groups
• Self-organizing and self-motivated person
• Experience in working in global organization with virtual set up
• Education: MSc or PhD in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent skills.
• Fluent mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
