工作职责

1. Introduce, maintain and further develop occupational environmental, health and safety management system and its certification as part of LMS management system; 引入、保持和进一步发展合适有效的环境、职业健康和安全管理体系，作为公司管理体系的一部分；

2. Develop and maintain LMS specific environmental, occupational health and safety related requirements in line with legal requirements and Liebherr Group requirements; communicate with responsible departments and supervise the implementation processes. 根据国家法规及利勃海尔集团要求对LMS特定的环境，职业健康和安全管理进行持续改进；与相关部门沟通并督促改进流程。

3. Be the first contact person regarding occupational environmental, health and safety issues for the company, communicate and report related KPIs, data, and other information as per requirements from Safety Director or EHS Department of the Group if applicable. 作为公司环境，职业健康和安全问题的第一联系人，根据安全总监或集团EHS部门的要求，沟通和报告相关的关键绩效指标，数据和其他信息。

4. Assist in preparing monthly EHS management reports and participate in the EHS Committee. 协助准备每月EHS管理报告并参加EHS委员会

5. Establish yearly working planning, management target for EHS and individual KPIs 负责公司的EHS年度工作计划的制定，确定EHS年度管理目标和KPI分项指标

6. Participate in environmental assessment and check of safety equipment for new construction, rebuilding or extended construction projects 参与新建、改建、扩建的建设项目环境影响评价及安全设施的审查

7. Responsible for the urgent repair and treatment of infrastructure and facility, and then make relevant records accordingly负责配套设备设施的紧急故障处理和维修,并做好相关记录。

8. Maintain the contact with local authorities and assist departments with occupational environmental, health and safety permit and approval process, such as occupational health and safety assessment approval, occupational hazards registration etc. 在环境、职业健康和安全许可证和批准过程中保持与当地政府的联系，如职业健康和安全评价审批、职业危害登记等；

9. Conduct necessary occupational health and safety trainings to enhance employee’s awareness，and provide emergency respond procedures, first aid facilities, relevant PPE. 进行必要的职业健康和安全培训，增强员工的意识。提供紧急响应程序、急救设施、相关的个人防护用品

要求：

1，major in Engineering, Safety engineering, mechanic design etc. ,

2，Holder of certificates for environment / safety engineer or safety management personnel preferred

3，At least 3 years’ EHS working experience; Working experience in manufacturing company is preferred;,

4，Knowledge of quality system, project management;

5，Skilled in written and oral English;
