Job Description

Responsibilities

?Translates data based insights into business relevant recommendations to support data-driven decision making at BE (Blue Emerging Market)

?User Journey:

?Analyses BE/Country specific user journeys based on global framework in regard to BE business requirements / aggregates user journey analysis of regional GDUs (Global Digital Units)？to BE scope (e.g. global)

?Defines and analyses relevant user touchpoints for BE in close collaboration with GDU (global and regional) in order to understand best channels, type of communication etc to invest.

?Digital Data:

?Analyses the effectiveness of BE communication at each touchpoint and drives an continuous improvement process

?Translates BE business objectives in data collecting/analysis requirements and conveys the requirements to the GDU？

?Supports integration of analytics and/or tag-management solutions on BU touchpoints w/ global and regional GDU

?Creates content for individual CRM activities (e.g. eNewsletters) based on integration of content from PuT and brand campaigns to drive user demand

Qualifications

?Experience in quantitative market research, statistics/data analysis, Digital performance measurement

?Excellent analytical skill

?Experience in web-, Social media and Search analytics (enterprise analytics solution) in a customer-oriented agency or marketing role

?Beneficial: Experience in using tag management systems at enterprise level

?Experience with Testing and Personalization
