岗位职责：

1、负责托福或SAT的阅读、写作等科目教学工作；

2、参与负责教研工作；

3、拓课及参与讲座；

4、完成教学主管交代的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，具有相关教学科目的授课经验；

    上海留园文化传播有限公司是美国育通教科文基金会在中国上海的办事处，美国育通教科文基金会是一家位于美国的非盈利性文教组织，是美国政府批准成立的国际交流及联盟组织，我们致力于促进各国的教育、科学、文化交流合作，在世界多个国家设有代表机构。基金会也在中国的上海和南京设立了办事处，并与中国相关政府部门、社会公益机构开展国际教育交流合作，至今，我们在中国开展的项目有：为美国北卡罗来纳州输送优秀的中文教师，为中国数十所学校提供国际化办学指导，帮助了上百名优秀中国教师赴哈佛、耶鲁大学等名校进行交流访问。目前正在积极筹备与宋庆龄基金会联合推行西部园丁计划以及与云南等省教育厅共同开展“三生教育”。
    基金会拥有一支由来自各国的上至国家领导人、国际组织（如联合国）领导人、相关部门高级官员、知名专家和教授、一流专业研究人员和一线资深教师和高级文化从业人员组成的顾问队伍。它既有各种文化和其语言的推广，又有与其文化和经济相对应的教育项目的促进和开发；各层次、各类型的教育和文化资源和项目的共同开发和共同利用；多范围国际教育平台的建立、开发和推广，以共享各种资源；组织文化、教育乃至经济领域的高层专业国际论坛。
    基金会与美国、英国、澳大利亚等国家的大学有密切交流与合作，如美国的哈佛大学、耶鲁大学、哥伦比亚大学等100多所美国一流大学、英国的剑桥、牛津等30多所大学，澳大利亚的悉尼大学、墨尔本大学等10多所高等院校。
基金会一直致力于国外优质教育资源的引进、中外合作办学项目的开发、国际文化教育的交流。目前在中国推行的有托福、雅思、A-level、SAT、AP、课程等项目。
    基金会与托福考试的出题机构，美国教育考试服务中心（Educational Testing Service，简称ETS）有良好和密切的往来。
    基金会与美国领事馆、英国领事馆、澳大利亚领事馆等均建立了密切友好的交流关系，为增进各国的国际文化与教育交流做出过重大和积极的贡献。
    2012年，我们将加大与中国政府的合作力度，进一步开拓我们的项目覆盖范围。与各级政府共同开展国际教育交流合作，一起将中国的国际教育事业推向前进。


 Delta Educational Scientific and Cultural Foundation is a U.S government approved nonprofit cultural and educational organization based in the United States, established for international exchange and cooperation. We are committed to the promotion of international exchanges and cooperation on education, science, cultural and have set up representative offices in many countries around the world. In China, the Foundation has also set up offices in Shanghai and Nanjing, so as to co-operate with the relevant Chinese government departments, NGOs in international educational exchange and cooperation. The undergoing projects carried out in China. So far, we have introduced many excellent Chinese teachers to North Carolina, USA and have provided guidance to dozens of Chinese schools in international education. We have helped hundreds of outstanding teachers to go to Harvard, Yale and other Ivy-league schools for exchange visit. Currently, we are actively preparing for the implementation of the “Western Gardener Plan”, jointly carried out with Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the “Sansei Education” project, jointly carried out with Yunnan Provincial Department of Education.
    Delta Foundation has an advisory board consisting of leaders of various countries, leaders of international organizations (eg United Nations), senior officials of relevant departments, subject matter experts, consultants and senior professors, first-class professional researchers, and front-line teachers and cultural practitioners. The foundation not only has a variety of promotions in cultures and their corresponding languages, but also has educational projects corresponding to their economic and cultural levels, projects at various levels, with various types of educational and cultural resources, and collaborative projects by resource sharing. The foundation has established, developed and promoted a comprehensive platform of international education in order to share all types of resources. It has organized some high-level international forums in culture, education, and even the economic field. The Foundation is maintaining close relationship in exchange and cooperation with universities from the United States, Britain, Australia and other countries, such as over 100 U.S colleges including Harvard University, Yale University, Columbia University, over 30 British universities including Cambridge, Oxford, United Kingdom and over 10 higher education institutions in Australia including University of Sydney, University of Melbourne.
    The Foundation has been committed to the introduction of high-quality foreign educational resources, the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects and international communication in culture and education. The on-going projects in China are TOEFL, IELTS, the A-level, the SAT, AP courses and etc..
    The Foundation has built a good and close relationship with TOEFL, the U.S. Educational Testing Service Center (Educational Testing Service, and referred to as the ETS). The Foundation has established close and friendly communication with U.S. Consulate, British Consulate, the Australian Consulate, etc and has made significant and positive contribution to promote international cultural and educational communication.
    In 2012, we will strengthen the cooperation with Chinese government to expand the scope of our projects. We will co-operate with all levels of government in international educational, so as to jointly push China's international education forward.
